SUGGESTED ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATIONS
The American Eagle 4200 Series is a rim or surface vertical rod exit device. Surface vertical rod devices feature top and bottom pullman latch bolts which are dead locking. All units come with touch bar components that are constructed of heavy gauge wrought steel or stainless steel as well as metal chassis covers and end caps. Non fire rated devices come standard with hex key dogging. A variety of trim options are available for the 4200 including: pulls, standard rose trim, heavy duty rose trim, escutcheon and thumb piece trim. Fasteners are furnished for wood and metal applications. Fire labeled devices are furnished standard with sex nuts. All Devices are listed by U.L./U.L.C. and comply with U.L.
