 Lockset will be SE Series from PDQ Industries, Inc., Leola, Pennsylvania. Lock will conform to ANSI A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 2. Locksets shall be listed by UL 10C / UBC 7-2 (1997) positive pressure, for single doors up to 4’0” x 8’0”
Inside mounting plate shall fit ANSI 161 cut-out. Lockset to be fully adjustable for 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" doors. Latchbolt to be fully adjustable 2-3/8" and 2-3/4", Lock will accommodate keyways of major manufacturers.
