About the property

The Harrington Medical Center and Ambulatory Surgery Center was developed by McLaren Macomb in partnership with SensusOne, a healthcare-focused real estate firm. It brings together several of McLaren Macomb's service lines and offices for physicians across a wide range of specialties in a single Clinton Township facility.

The Challenge

With four operating rooms, a retail pharmacy, mobile MRI imaging, and roughly a dozen specialty clinics all packed into one three-story building, the hardware had to be high-quality, secure, and code-compliant for all scenarios. On top of that, it all of it had to come together under one roof without slowing down patient flow across a 62,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical facility.
